About
About me
I'm Subrata Kumar Bhowmik, a Software Test Lead with more than fifteen years of experience in manual and automated testing. I'm an ISTQB-certified professional focused on backend APIs, databases, UI and performance testing for web and mobile applications. Python, Selenium and Appium are my daily tools for delivering robust, dependable products.
I spent over a decade at Samsung R&D Institute Bangladesh, where I led automation, test management and process optimisation. My experience spans black-box testing, web automation, API and web-service automation, tool configuration and setting up test processes against industry best practice.
I'm a strong team player, recognised for collaborating effectively with local and offshore teams. Software testing is my profession; web development is my passion. I've independently built several production-grade web projects that run with minimal maintenance.
